The name is Roberto Duran, but most know me by the nickname "Byrdo"  This site is dedicated to some of my artwork.  Art has been a passion for my entire life.  I realize that everyone may not like what they see or read but I trust that most people out there are open minded.  Many of my early  drawings/paintings are figurative because I've always been interested in the expressive elements of the form.   Although lately I've been experimenting with surrealism and abstraction.  Other aspects of my life include poetry, music, computers, bmxing, digital graphics, and gaming.  As for the personal stuff, I am often a loner and choose to spend the majority of my time further dedicating myself to my creations.  For the most part I usually keep my personal life private.  I often find that I don't have enough time in my days to do everything I want, but that's just life I suppose.
